Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their booking Up to 72 hours before the start time without penalty, In case of cancellation $100 is non-refundable. This policy ensures that you acknowledge your commitment. Food & Drink Policy Outside food and drinks are allowed as long as they are store-bought or from a chain restaurant. Homemade food cannot be accepted due to public health regulations. $75 penalty for Non-compliance Check for your guests allergies and plan accordingly Simple plates, tablecloths, forks, cups, a box of tissues are provided to help make the setup easier and more enjoyable for your celebration. Duration *Party events are booked for a set period. Once your reserved time ends, all guests must leave the party room promptly to allow for the next party. Guests can stay playing after in the play structure after the party is over. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
