Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their booking Up to 72 hours before the start time without penalty, In case of cancellation $100 is non-refundable. This policy ensures that you acknowledge your commitment. Food & Drink Policy You can bring either commercial cake/cupcakes (not home made). Outside food and drinks are NOT ALLOWED. $75 penalty for Non-compliance Check for your guests allergies and plan accordingly Duration *Party events are booked for a set period. Once your reserved time ends, all guests must leave the party room promptly to allow for the next party. Guests can stay playing after in the play structure after the party is over. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
